Benchmark constructed a three-story assisted living
facility for 39 residents. The Inn at Village Square
includes commons areas for activities, a commercial
kitchen and dining areas, on site laundry facilities,
and outdoor seating areas in a landscaped garden setting.
As General Contractors for the Inn at Village Square,
Benchmark was responsible for all aspects of construction
under the fixed bid, lump sum contract.
Benchmark completed this project in the spring of
2000 for AVESTA Housing.
