Benchmark working collectively with Scott Simons
Architects completed the new 12,950 square foot Pricilla
Savage Middle School. An intense demolition of the
existing building, constructed in the early 1970's,
included completed removal of three of the exterior
walls, part of the roof structure, and the interior
in its entirety.
Successful planning along with a positive and constructive
Design|Build Team was crucial in completing the project
within an accelerated construction schedule. The project
broke ground in April 2003 and was open for school
in September 2003.
Construction documents are complete and construction
of the new 15,000 square foot, state of the art Science
Building is scheduled to break ground in the Fall
of 2004.
