Benchmark Construction Project Portfolio

As Construction Management Advisors for East Auburn Elementary School, Benchmark oversaw construction of a 7,000 square foot addition connecting an existing community building with an existing school building comprising a total renovated are of 20,000 square feet. The entire project was completed without disruption of schools services.

Benchmark prepared the scope of the work for bid documents, solicited and reviewed bids, and made recommendations for trade contractors. BENCHMARK prepared and oversaw a production schedule to ensure timely execution of each phase of work and completion of construction by the opening of the school year in September 2000.

Benchmark worked closely with the client, Stephen Blatt Architects, and the project team to ensure a time and cost efficient process. The construction cost of this project was within 1% of the estimated 1,060,000 budget.
