BENCHMARK was founded in 1993 with the vision of providing professional construction services that place an emphasis on creativity and integrity. Because of our strong and ongoing partnerships with design professionals, sub-contractors and vendors, we deliver projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. At the same time we strive to establish relationships with our clients that are based on mutual trust and respect.
What We Do
At BENCHMARK we provide comprehensive Construction Management (CM), Design/Build (D/B) and General Contracting (GC) services for a wide range of institutional, educational, commercial, industrial, historic and retail projects throughout Maine and New England. Our team includes estimators, project managers, on-site superintendents and administrative personnel who offer a high level of expertise, knowledge and skill. When we take on a project we make every effort to optimize the construction schedule and maintain the budget without jeopardizing quality and integrity.
