He has a BS in Accounting from Boston College along with over 20 years of construction experience with a national company. Kevin resides in Kennebunk. He is a current member and previous chair of the York County Community College Foundation Board. He also serves as Treasurer for Boy Scout Troop 304. Affiliations include: AICPA, Maine Chapter Boston College Alumni, and MEREDA. Kevin’s hobbies include woodworking, antique vehicles, and skiing. |

Jamie Cook, Controller jcook@benchmarkconstruction.org Jamie Cook began working for Benchmark in 1994, 6 months after it’s inception. She holds an AS Degree in Accounting from Andover College and is currently attending Husson University for her BA. She has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Jamie resides in Standish and is involved in her community as the Treasurer for Bonny Eagle Project Graduation Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, boating, roller skating, and scrap booking. |

Don Hurd, Estimator, dhurd@benchmarkconstruction.org Don joined Benchmark in 2012 as the newest addition to our estimating staff. Don previously worked in the field for Benchmark from 2005-2007. He brings in 20 years of construction experience ranging from residential , commercial to heavy industrial. Don resides in Kennebunk. He is a Certified Diver and White Water Guide. He enjoys many outdoor activities including mountaineering and hiking. |

Sean Keay, Estimator skeay@benchmarkconstruction.org Sean joined Benchmark in May of 2012 as a Superintendent. In December, he transfered to our Estimating Department. He is currently pursuing his BS in Construction Management from the University of Southern Maine. Sean brings eight years of industry knowledge to the team with experience in residential and commercial construction. Sean has attained the Construction Documents Technologist and Certified Construction Contract Administrator accreditation’s. Sean lives in Westbrook with his wife and daughter. In his spare time. he enjoys spending time with family, fly fishing, gardening and ice hockey. |

Fred Sproul, Superintendent fsproul@benchmarkconstruction.orgFred joined Benchmark in 2005 as a Superintendent with over 30 years of progressive experience in the construction field. Fred resides in New Glouster and enjoys running and hunting in his free time. He is a member of the Pineland YMCA, Maine Track Club, and Friends of Goucher Dance. Fred gives back to the community by volunteering for the Maine Track Club. |

Jason brings 6 years of construction experience with a global company including environmental, commercial and heavy construction. Jason earned his Professional DBIA certification in 2010. He currently resides in Portland with his wife. Jason’s hobbies include boating, golfing, hunting, fishing and skiing. |

He holds a BA Degree in Psychology from Boston University and also attended USM studying Industrial Arts Education as well as Boston Architectural Center completing courses in architectural design, drafting, and graphics. John has 35 years of experience in frame to finish carpentry, job clerking, and on-site supervision. He resides in Brunswick and in his spare time enjoys traveling with his wife and modern dance. John is a member of the Turner Pond Club and PMA. |

He earned his BS in Construction Management from the University of Maine and has 15 years of construction experience including residential and commercial general building, municipal highway management and construction and heavy/highway precast work for the Boston Central Artery. When not working, Ben enjoys hunting, woodworking and spending time with his wife and 3 children. |
