Baxter Memorial Library

Benchmark has been chosen as Construction Manager for the renovation of the Historic Baxter Library at 619 Congress Street, Portland.

Northland Enterprises, LLC has aquired the property from the Maine College of Art. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and will be converted to 25,000sf of Class A office space. Great care will be taken to maintain the historic integrity of the structure.
